Backup storage requirements

Backup storage requirements depend on the destination storage you choose. Backup storage supports the following backup destinations:

• Virtuozzo Hybrid Infrastructure storage clusters
• NFS shares
• Public clouds, including a number of S3 solutions, as well as Microsoft Azure, OpenStack Swift, and Google Cloud Platform

With the public cloud destination, you can also deploy backup storage inside virtual machines.
