PrlApi_GetDefaultOsVersion Function

Returns default guest OS version for specified guest OS type at current API mode (see PrlApi_InitEx for more info about API mode).

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlApi_GetDefaultOsVersion(
    PRL_UINT8 nGuestOsType, 
    PRL_UINT16_PTR pnOsVersion
);

nGuestOsType

requesting guest OS type. In order to determine list of supported guests types please refer PrlOses.h

pnOsVersion

[out] A pointer to a variable that receives the result.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - null pointer or unknown OS type was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
