A handle of type PHT_CPU_POOL

[out] A pointer to a variable that receives the handle. The type of the handle is PHT_CPU_FEATURES

PRL_RESULT. Possible values are:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_OUT_OF_MEMORY - not enough memory to instantiate new object.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
