Sets the backup user login.

A handle of type PHT_DISP_CONFIG.

sUserLogin

[in] The backup user login (a UTF-8 encoded, null-terminated string). Can be null or empty in case when an empty value should be assigned.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values are:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
