Determines the scheme used by the problem report object.

[in] a handle of type PHT_PROBLEM_REPORT.

pnReportScehme

[out] a pointer to a variable that receives the result.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - null pointer or wrong handle was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
