Sets the problem report object type.

[in] A handle of type PHT_PROBLEM_REPORT.

nReportType

[in] The problem report object type to set.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - wrong handle was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
