A handle of type PHT_VM_CONFIGURATION identifying the virtual machine configuration.

phNetworkRateList

[out] A pointer to the PHT_HANDLES_LIST handle containing the list of handle sof type PHT_NETWORK_RATE.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values are:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_OUT_OF_MEMORY - not enough memory to allocate the object.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
