PrlShare_SetName Function

Sets the share name (as it will appear in the guest OS).

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlShare_SetName(
    PRL_HANDLE hVmShare, 
    PRL_CONST_STR sNewShareName
);

hVmShare

A handle of type PHT_SHARE identifying the shared folder.

sNewShareName

The user-defined share name (must be a a UTF-8 encoded, null-terminated string).

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
