PrlVmDev_SetPassthrough Function

Enables the passthrough mode for the specified mass storage device (optical ot hard disk).

Syntax

    PRL_BOOL bPassthrough

hVmDev

A handle identifying the device. This can be one of the following: PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_OPTICAL_DISK, PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_HARD_DISK.

bPassthrough

Specify PRL_TRUE to enable the passthrough mode. Specify PRL_FALSE to disab;e it.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or invalid handle type was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
