PrlVmDev_SetOutputFile Function

Sets the virtual device output file.

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlVmDev_SetOutputFile(
    PRL_HANDLE hVmDev, 
    PRL_CONST_STR sNewOutputFile
);

hVmDev

A handle identifying the virtual device. This can be one of the following: PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_PARALLEL_PORT, PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_SERIAL_PORT.

sNewOutputFile

Name and path of the new output file.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or invalid handle type, or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
