9. Viewing reports¶
The system provides you with the possibility of viewing and checking usage and consumption reports.
9.1. Usage reports¶
A resource usage report shows the resources used in a particular quantity according to the pay-as-you-go model. It is generated hourly and provided in the .xlsx extension.
9.1.1. To view a usage report¶
Go to your CloudBlue Connect vendor portal and click the Usage icon.
Select the desired report.
On the report details page, click the name of the processed usage file to download it.
Open the file and go to the records tab. Review the usage statistics.
9.2. Consumption reports¶
Additionally, you can view a consumption report for a subscription with the pay-as-you-go model on the subscription details page. Such a report shows the total accepted quantity for the whole subscription period. It is updated hourly.
9.2.1. To view a consumption report¶
Go to your CloudBlue Connect vendor portal and click the Subscriptions icon.
Select the desired subscription.
Go to the Pay as you go tab and review the usage statistics.
