17.8. Getting Support

On the Support page, you can view information on the versions and releases for the installed VA components in the Installed Modules table.

The Search Virtuozzo Knowledge Base sections allows you to find a solution article on your own.

17.8.1. Submitting Error Codes

If, at some point of your Virtuozzo Automator session, you encountered an error with a particular number, the Error Codes tab of the Management > Support screen lets you get more information on this error by entering its code in the corresponding field in the Enter Error Code section and clicking Submit. In the Error Details section this will display:

  • the code of the error;
  • the problem it refers to;
  • the cause of the error;
  • and the standard approach to how to deal with this problem.

17.8.1.1. Error Codes Reference

If, when performing an operation in Virtuozzo Automator, you are presented with an unknown error code, refer to the following table:

Code Problem Reason Solution
cp900 Any problem not specified in this table. Unknown Click the Actions Logs link in the Other group of options. On the Actions Logs screen click the Details link of the problem virtual environment. In the pop-up window you will find the information on all the operations performed on this virtual environment. Use these logs to single out an operation likely to be the source of the error.
cp1001 The password reminder is not available. The mail relay server is not specified. Log in to Virtuozzo Automator as the administrator, go to the Hardware Node/Configuration/Email and Notifications screen and fill in the Relay Server IP Address field.
cp1002 The password reminder is not available. Email notifications are disabled by the administrator. Log in to Virtuozzo Automator as the administrator, go to the Configuration Manager/Messaging screen, and select the Enable Email Notifications check box.
cp1003 A virtual environment user cannot log in to Virtuozzo Automator. The communication with vzadmin/Authm is broken.

Log in to the physical server as root and restart VA Agent

  • on a Virtuozzo 6 node: service pvaagentd restart,
  • on a Virtuozzo 7 node: systemctl restart va-agent.
cp1004 A virtual environment user cannot log in to Plesk. The communication with Plesk is broken. Start Plesk in the container.
cp1005 A virtual environment user cannot cannot restore their password. The communication with Plesk is broken. Start Plesk in the container.
cp1006 A virtual environment user cannot log in to Virtuozzo Automator. Unknown. Possibly, communication with vzadmin/Authm or VAAgent/sessionm is broken. Log in to the physical server as root and consult agent.log for problem details.
