The Search Virtuozzo Knowledge Base sections allows you to find a solution article on your own.
17.8.1. Submitting Error Codes¶
If, at some point of your Virtuozzo Automator session, you encountered an error with a particular number, the Error Codes tab of the Management > Support screen lets you get more information on this error by entering its code in the corresponding field in the Enter Error Code section and clicking Submit. In the Error Details section this will display:
- the code of the error;
- the problem it refers to;
- the cause of the error;
- and the standard approach to how to deal with this problem.
